Jack Walden / Chief Executive Officer

Jack Walden is an ‘ideas man’, respected for his dedication and enthusiasm for his clients and communication. He has held numerous marketing and public relations management roles with private, government and not-for-profit organisations, and knows what it takes to get the job done.

Jack can help you translate your ‘big picture’ into simple steps that deliver big results. He has considerable experience developing powerful strategies and compelling key messages. He takes a whole of business approach to communication and works closely with his clients to develop short and long-term approaches.

He has held various marketing and communication roles with companies including the Victorian Department of Justice, Brisbane Grammar School, RMIT University and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has also worked with organisations including the Brisbane River Festival, Royal Flying Doctors Service and numerous arts organisations.

Jack is the Victorian President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and the state representative on the national board.

Aimee Said / Content strategist and senior copywriter

Aimee is a writer, editor and web content strategist who has worked in the arts, publishing, not-for-profit and government sectors. Her writing and editing experience includes website content, annual reports and other organisational documents, news articles and training manuals.

Having written and managed website content for more than ten years, Aimee is also passionate about content strategy: planning, publishing and managing content that meets users’ needs and is aligned with organisational goals.

Patrick Walden / Account coordinator - research, evaluations and training

Patrick does the hard yards for the c word researching hot topics for client campaigns, managing evaluations and reporting, and preparing training programs. He has a Bachelor of Business with majors in marketing, human resource management and information systems. Patrick is also passionate about training and business mentoring and is a qualified vocational education trainer and assessor.

Zoe Olsen / Social media assistant and PA to the Managing Director

Zoe is the newest addition to the c word's communication crew. She looks after the social media profiles for a number of our clients and oversees the project management functions of the office to make sure everything is tickedy boo. Zoe has previously worked in hospitality and the arts.
